Fly me home

It might happen.

And when it does, it is important to stay calm and obtain the necessary documents to bring our beloved home. These documents include,

  1. Death Certificate issued by country where the death occured (translation to the English language is required if native language is not)
  2. Cause of death certificate or statutory declaration
  3. Embalming Certificate
  4. Sealing Certificate for the casket
  5. Casket export permit

You will need to register the death with the Singapore Embassy where repatriation documents will be issued. There will be a consignor, who most likely will be from the overseas funeral home who will assist in the repatriation arrangements. You will then need to assign a consignee in Singapore to receive the casket or remains. The consignee will also provide assistance for all subsequent arrangements.

Give us a call and we will provide step by step guidance all the way.
