Being in the customer service industry is not the easiest. We meet all sorts of people with different personalities and when people are in grief; this is also when they are the most vulnerable and not necessarily at their best. Not to mention, they also face various stressors from the environment, circumstances and sometimes, people.
Which is why, we appreciate every thank you and thumbs up for the service we provide. We don’t gloat about it but we are just thankful we could render assistance to the best of our abilities.
